This gentle, supportive class is designed to nurture both you and your baby in a calm, relaxing environment.
For babies, we’ll explore soft movements that help develop muscle memory, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.
For Mamas, there’ll be gentle postnatal stretching, mindful movement, and space to reconnect with your body.
Each session finishes with 2 minutes of complete relaxation just for you, while your little one is happily entertained in our sensory area – a small but powerful moment to pause, breathe, and reset.
